A Child’s Imagination

As it seems, children have an endless imagination, only limited by their life experiences. Yet, in teenagers and adults, it seems that our imagination has wavered. As we grow older, we grow more fearful of the world around us with prevalent social stigmas and expectations, such that we are afraid to dream and afraid to imagine. Despite the monotonous and uninteresting setting, the little girl’s imagination is immediately triggered just from looking at a small bird perched atop the wall. Meanwhile, the adult walks along in a hurry, unable to share in her joy of imagining the world around them.
